In regards to Emilia’s Cleaning, whose service we’ve used since 2007. Since their first day working here, the residents of our building have only given positive feedback about the quality of service Emilia’s Cleaning has provided. They clean for us once a week and always keep us a priority. Our building has 16 condominiums and therefore, extensive common areas which need to be maintained. Emilia and her staff do a great job of attending to them all.
Additionally, whenever we’ve needed some extra work done that isn’t outlined in our contract, it has been easy to contact Emilia and ask for an estimate. She responds promptly, quotes a fair price and then attends to it within a week.

I have been using Emilia’s Cleaning for a couple years now and have been very happy with the service. They do a great job cleaning and pay attention to details while doing it. They are always on time and very professional in their work. They are very flexible with the scheduling and many times I have had to cancel the day of the cleaning but it is no problem. Emilia’s Cleaning is extremely professional and reliable. Their staff is friendly and does a thorough job cleaning our house. Since we have a dog and a cat, our house has a lot of pet hair, but they manage to make our house clean and pet hair free! Plus, they are always able and willing to work with us in scheduling cleaning times that are convenient for us. Prior to our first cleaning, Emilia visited our house and provided us with an estimate, which was nice because her services were tailored to the size and cleanliness of our condo.
